When a city drainage pipe broke under an easement just off N. Pelham Road, eventually the seepage undermined the soil around it, creating a sinkhole and flooding the backyards of adjacent neighbors.

Anchoring meetings with engineers, contractors, and homeowners; documenting the condition of the residential property prior to repair, throughout the repair, during restoration, and post-restoration, I was able to provide timely and thorough updates so the residents were never forgotten.
